This menu is all about my roots in Italian cooking and my travels in Italy. I put my twist on the classics and seal the WOW factor with my signature dessert. This is a three-course, plated menu for up to twelve guest with a soup or salad option.

This menu starts at $75 per person.

Appetizer
Burrata
blistered asparagus, balsamic reduction, basil oil and crostinis
