Our private chef experience with Sean was awesome! He arrived on-schedule with sufficient time to prepare a wonderful 3 course meal. The food suffice it to say was delicious and he was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain each dish and how he prepared them. He cleaned the kitchen when completed to the point that it was spot-less. We use our home as a vacation rental when we are not there and will highly recommend Sean to the guests that stay there.
Sean was incredible from the moment that he showed up to the moment he left, leaving the kitchen spotless. He prepared a four course meal (with an extra surprise) that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Each course was distinctly different and unique. It was clear throughout the evening that Sean is a master at what he does based on the quality of the ingredients he used, to the variety of each course, and finally to the extra touches such as preparing and printing out menus for the event. What makes Sean stand out from the crowd though is his friendly and open personality. He engaged well with everyone, including my four year old nephew and ten year old niece who kept on asking him endless questions. Yet at the same time, he never intruded on our family’s celebration. I look forward to using Sean’s services again in the near future.

Chef Weyhmiller was great – he arrived prepared to cook us dinner on Valentine’s Day and let us participate in the cooking process like we wanted to. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of, and the food was delicious! The kitchen was spotless when he left. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great meal and experience!
Chef Sean blew us away again! Starting out with seared sea scallops, goat cheese stuffed peppers, and grilled asparagus wrapped in speck, that was all just the beginning, totally delightful; the entree – dry aged the steaks, herb crusted with his rosemary Bourbon sauce was delish; but his signature (gluten free for us!) cannoli with pistachio tuile, ricotta & mascarpone cream dessert just blew us all away – it packed a brilliant sweet nutty flavor with the smoothness of ricotta and fresh cream, wrapped in a perfectly executed shell topped with chocolate and amaretto sauce on top… oh my god we should have asked for extras.

Chef Sean was phenomenal! Absolutely exceeded our expectations, and we use kitchit a good amount. It is clear in countless ways that he is very passionate and talented in the kitchen. He used fresh and wonderful ingredients, beautiful presentation, and exquisite tastes that all blended together with perfection. He was also very personable, with both his skills in the kitchen and warmth of social skills, added so much postivity to our dinner party. Chef Sean went above and beyond to make our event special- from everything being tasty and fresh, then to another level with his own amuse bouche (such a thoughtful addition to any meal) as well as the keepsake menus (another great touch).
From the oysters, to the pancetta wrapped prawns, asparagus soup with basil oil, center cut pork chop with demi glaze, to the chocolate torte- with HOMEMADE MARSHMALLOWS, and the exquisite cheese plate… If you can snag Chef Sean for an evening, you will be anything BUT disappointed! AMAZING, and thank you.
I would give our Kitchit experience 5+ stars. I contacted Kitchit with less than a weeks notice and it was not an issue for them. They were profesional and responsive throughtout the process of finding a chef for our dinner.
Chef Sean was so easy to work with in putting together a menu that would work for all of our guests. He showed up on time, was pleasant and engaging, cooked the most amazing dinner (!) and when he left my kitchen and dining area was spotless. I cannot say enough good things about either Kitchit or Chef Sean.
I look forward to hosting another dinner with Kitchit and Sean. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Chef Sean is the type of person you are happy to have in your home. He is friendly, professional, personable and that’s not even mentioning how great his food is. He worked with us on a great vegetarian menu. The flavors were clean and fresh. He also left the kitchen clean and all the dishes washed. I would absolutely use Sean again for another event.

Sean was a complete professional. – arrived on time, was prepared, reviewed with me the plan for the meal, accommodate the kitchen we have and the food was excellent! We and our guests relaxed and enjoyed the experience. They cleaned and left the place in perfect shape. I received several compliments which should have been directed to Sean and Nicole.

Chef Sean- one word- AMAZING. He, yet again, did an excellent job preparing a memorable meal for our dinner party. He was easy and helpful in corresponding in advance about the menu. He responded to all my emails promptly and was very accommodating of our requests. The food was absolutely delicious. All of our guests raved about the meal. Favorite dishes included: his expertly prepared and seasoned ceviche in lettuce cups, the melt in your mouth, pan seared filet mignon with peppercorn demi, the cheese course with a wonderful hand picked selection of artisanal treats, and of course, his infamous and amazing smore. He used fresh and seasonal ingredients, including an elegant tableside preparation of the soup course. Smiles on our faces, stomachs full, and a spotless kitchen, the dinner party was an absolute success. It is always such the pleasure to have Chef Sean over for his elegant meals! Thank you.

Chef Weyhmiller was excellent. He was professional, personable and his food was oh so good! My kitchen was spotless when he left. We had a very small gathering and he was so attentive to my daughter (22 months), he even offered to cook a meal for her and made sure she always had one of his yummy almonds in her hands that she loved. We are still trying to recreate his avocado lime dressing. We will definitely be using him again.
Super friendly, easy, and professional. Went above and beyond in terms of serving and cleaning up—lots of little thoughtful extras—plus it was comfortable having him around because he seemed so at ease. A really great experience.
Sean did a terrific job. He arrived early to make sure that everything went well and it did. He brought a small appetizer as a treat and it was the start of a wonderful evening. He interacted well with us and our guest and was accommodating and helpful. He stayed to make sure everything was spotless before leaving.

If we could rate more than five stars we would! Sean was amazing. From communication leading up to the dinner, arrival, preparation of the meal, presentation to cleanup it was perfect. We stayed in Sonoma for a long weekend and dined at some of the most raved about restaurants. All of which were wonderful, but hands down all 8 of us agreed that Seans meal was the favorite. Chef Sean is personable, sociable, and most importantly for that evening- a perfectionist. His on-point service (espeically the communication), and attention to detail won the room. The guests and I all tend to find ourselves traveling and eating at restaurants around the world, but the experience he brings to you was by far and away the best we have experienced. The thought behind picking out each amazing, local wine pairing. The stories behind why he chose specific ingredients like the honey, burata, lamb, and more. The timing and beautiful plating per course. The list goes on, with a special shot out to his ridiculously phenomenal chocolate bread pudding.
We visit wine country annually, and I honestly have no intention of ever not asking him to please spoil us with his creations on all future visits.

Chef Sean was amazing! His food was incredible. I live in Seattle and have had salmon many times at great restaurants, but Sean’s salmon dish was my favorite of all time – melt in your mouth delicious. The portions were perfect sized, and the dessert was delectable (pistachio panna cotta). Not only was the food amazing, but also Sean was incredibly easy to work with, friendly, and a very fun presence at our dinner. We had a bachelorette party, and Sean was nice enough to chat with us and share some of his experiences with us during the party. I cannot recommend Sean highly enough!

Chef Sean was very patient and so helpful. He was able to accommodate the many changes in the menu regarding dietary restrictions. The wine pairings he suggested worked well. The dishes he prepared were creative and thoroughly enjoyed by all. He is very personable, organized, and tidy. I will recommend Chef Sean to my colleagues and friends.

I can honestly say that our meal was better than the vast majority of the restaurants we’ve been to. There was not a single aspect of the meal that was mediocre or bland. Everything was just so flavorful. I second all the paeans to Sean’s professionalism: he was personable and interested, and had an excellent sense of when to engage and when to refrain from engaging. And it’s such a pleasure to face a kitchen afterwards that needs absolutely no cleaning or putting away. I really don’t see any reason to try anyone else if I ever need another personal chef. Did I mention how excellent the food was? After all, that’s the point, and a messy kitchen left by a jerk would have been worth the quality of the food he made for us. Just hire him.
We had the honor of having Chef Sean cook for us at an Air B and B we rented in SF .It was our first time with a personal chef.It was beyond a doubt worth every cent.He cooked a magnificent 5 course meal that was perfect in every aspect.The presentation and explanation of each course was flawless.Chef is relaxed in his style and very easy to be around socially but he could not have been more professional .Every single detail was taken care and all we had to do was relax and drink our own wine which we would never have ordered in a resturant because of mark up.If you have never tried a personal chef ,I would highly recommend it .I cant imagine any would be better than Chef Sean.
