“Great food and professionalism! Sean went above and beyond to ensure we had a great event (about 50 guests). Sean arrived early, took good care in setting up the kitchen and serving area and made sure the food was served flawlessly throughout the event. Needless to say, all of his business cards were gone by the end of the event and several friends are asking for his recipes. He customized our menu and the food was delicious. Last relevant point, when the event came to an end, the kitchen was clean too – 5 stars for Sean! Thank you”

“I hired Chef Sean to cook a 20-person dinner for my wedding. The entire experience was phenomenal! I have celiac and he was more than accommodating to my diet needs throughout the process. I wanted a special cake for our wedding so we did not get a chance to try his dessert this time around, but he did surprise us by loaning us the cake cutters he used at his own wedding. It was such a thoughtful and special gesture. The entire meal was seamless – Sean and his team were on time, took care of all the food details and clean-up and we never felt rushed between courses. He also offered great wine-pairing suggestions. Our family still raves about this meal and is constantly brainstorming opportunities to hire him again. The afterglow of a perfect event.
“Where do I start? How about the beginning? Sean was so easy to deal with in creating the perfect menu for my wife’s family-only 70th birthday party. He confirmed and reconfirmed and showed up on time. He was completely organized, and he cooked and served a wonderful three course meal–the stuffed chicken breast was the best chicken I’ve ever had. He explained the provenance of each dish and seemed to enjoy all the ohhhs and ahhhs. There were a lot of ahhhs for his homemade salted caramel ice cream, I can tell you. He is extremely personable and quickly established a rapport not just with the adults but also with our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter–his own kids are 6 and 8. The kitchen was left spotless, and we were left with the afterglow of a perfect event. FYI from his home in the Oakland hills he travels an 80 mile radius for events. I was too busy enjoying to get photos of everything, but these will give you a flavor of his work.”
